Colleen is a born natural when it comes to providing leadership and executive coaching. While working with her, she demonstrated the ability to forge strong relationships and provide immediate value-added feedback across all levels of the organization. Colleen was an obvious selection to be a part of the team to internally build out a leadership development workshop focused on employee engagement and change leadership. Her contributions were far above expectations and contributed to the success of the program.

It was a pleasure working with Colleen at StorageTek. She is a flexible problem solver and looks beyond the obvious approaches to get to a solution. She develops her team and gives them both opportunities to stretch and support to be successful. One thing that sets Colleen apart is her sense of calm in the storm. No matter what is going on around her,
Colleen brings a calmness to her clients and her team, allowing them to focus on the issue at hand and solve it.
